At Smyth’s Homevalue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition with all manuals and accessories included.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items and clearly mark the outside of the box with your Return Authorization number to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Return the package to our local storefront or ship it back via a tracked courier service to complete the returns process.
